The JENSEN-GROUP is aware that protecting your privacy when you use our website and services is important to you. We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This Privacy Statement explains when and what data we save and how we use this data.
Collection and Storage of Personal Data

1. Visiting our Website
When you visit our website, our servers temporarily store details of each visit in a log file. The following data is collected and saved by us in the process without any action on your part:

• website from which access was gained;

• your Internet access name

This data is collected and processed for statistical purposes. 2. Registering a Job Application (Application Form, Spontaneous Application)
If you register a job application, we (either us or a third party commissioned by us) collect the following data from you:

• Title
• Name
• First name
• Nationality
• Address
• Email address
• Application documents and attachments
• You may also provide the following data voluntarily:
• Phone number
• Date of birth

This data is collected in order to process your application and contact you in relation to your application. This data is stored for the duration of the application process. If you are not appointed to the position for which you have applied, this data is deleted at the end of the application process provided you have not given your consent to its further use.
3. Support Requests and General Issues
We collect the following data from you in the case of support requests or general issues:

• Company name
• First name and surname
• Address, postal code, city and country
• Phone number
• Email address
• Details of your issue or request

4. Subscribing to our Newsletter
If you have given explicit consent, we use your email address to send you our newsletter on a regular basis. The newsletter will be sent to you at the email address provided when you registered online. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link at the end of the newsletter.

5. Contractual Data
We collect personal data which is recorded in relation to contractual contact with us (delivery of goods and/or provision of services), in particular your contact details as well as purchasing, customer service and delivery information. We use this data to provide, administer and conduct customer communication both by post and electronic means.

6. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties
We only pass your personal data on to third parties who have undertaken to comply with data privacy. We may pass your personal data on for the following reasons:

• in order to process a support request or a general issue that affects several companies in the JENSEN-GROUP;
• if you apply for a position in another company of the JENSEN-GROUP via our portal; in such cases, we pass your application documents on to the relevant subsidiary for response and processing;
• if we use third parties, which process personal data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions;

Beyond this, we will not pass your personal data on to third parties if there is no legal obligation to do so or explicit consent from you.

7. Cookies
Cookies help make your visit to our website easier, more convenient and more worthwhile. Cookies are data files which are stored automatically on your computer’s hard drive by your browser when you visit our website. No data is transferred to us when cookies are placed on your computer. Social Plugins
We offer you the option to use social media buttons on our website. We use the ‘Shariff’ solution to protect your data in this respect. These buttons are simply integrated into the website in graphic form and contain a link to the relevant website of the button provider. Clicking on the graphic will direct you to the services of the respective provider. Your data will be sent to the respective provider only at this point. If you do not click on the graphic, there will be no exchange between you and the social media button provider. 10. Embedded YouTube Videos
YouTube videos are embedded on some of our web pages. The operator of the relevant plugin is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. A connection to the YouTube servers will be established if you visit a page with the YouTube plugin. YouTube will be notified of which pages you visit. If you are logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube can associate your surfing behavior with you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand.
If a YouTube video is played, the provider uses cookies which collect information about user behavior.
If you have disabled the storing of cookies for Google Ads, this will also mean that you don’t have to worry about cookies when watching YouTube videos. However, YouTube does place non-personal data relating to use in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you need to stop cookies from being stored in your browser.
