When it’s done, it’s done:
Our webshop for spare parts is available 24/7. We strive for a swift delivery of your required parts to keep the availability of your laundry equipment at the highest level. We also strive for a speedy and efficient administration to make sure that your accounting process is fully compliant and can be managed efficiently: 
  • Upon receipt of your spare parts, an invoice with all billing details will be sent to your email address. This email will also be sent to customers buying on account. We do not send any invoices by post. 
  • We kindly ask you to follow the payment instructions diligently and use the correct payment reference for payment matching.
  • When it’s done, it’s done: billing and shipping addresses cannot be customized after the order has been placed.
